Terms and Conditions

Terms for Veinmark services.

These terms explain how Veinmark portfolio services work, what clients are responsible for, and how hosting and support may change over time.

Last updated: June 18, 2026.

1. Services

Veinmark provides managed portfolio website services. Clients create an account, submit portfolio information, files, links, and preferences, and pay for a selected package. Veinmark uses those materials to create, deliver, and host a one-page portfolio website according to the selected package and any written scope agreed to by Veinmark.

2. Packages, Projects, and Pricing

Each package includes a set number of projects and a set number of revisions. The Starter package is $200 and includes up to 3 projects and up to 1 revision. The Launch package is $250 and includes up to 6 projects and up to 2 revisions. The Complete package is $300 and includes up to 9 projects and up to 3 revisions. All packages otherwise include the same service: a custom one-page portfolio, mobile-friendly design, a resume button and social links, help connecting your domain, and delivery within 7 days. Prices and package contents may change over time, but the package you purchased applies to your order.

3. Revisions

A revision is a small change to your finished site, such as updating your resume file, swapping a link, replacing a photo, or fixing wording. A revision is not a redesign, a rebuild, a new layout, new pages, or a change to the overall structure of the site. Revisions can be requested once your site is live and within 14 days of delivery, up to the number included with your package. Requests outside that window, requests beyond your included count, and any larger changes are not included and may be offered as a paid add-on at Veinmark's discretion.

4. Custom Domains

Every portfolio uses a custom domain that the client chooses, purchases, and owns through a third-party registrar of their choice. Veinmark does not buy, sell, or own domains on a client's behalf. The client is responsible for the cost of the domain and for keeping it renewed. After the domain is purchased, Veinmark will help connect it to the finished site. The client keeps full ownership and control of the domain at all times.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, usable files, timely feedback, and their own purchased domain. Clients confirm they own or have permission to use all text, images, logos, documents, links, trademarks, and other materials they submit.

6. Payment

Payment is collected after intake and before build work begins, unless Veinmark agrees otherwise in writing. Completing checkout reserves your build. The selected package controls the included scope, project count, revision count, and deliverables. Work beyond the package scope may be offered as a paid add-on.

7. Hosting, Support, and Discontinuation

Veinmark may host completed portfolio websites as part of the service, but hosting and support are not guaranteed forever unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Veinmark reserves the right to suspend, remove, archive, migrate, or discontinue any hosted website or support service at any time, including if maintaining the site is no longer practical, affordable, secure, technically supported, legally appropriate, or part of Veinmark's active business. When practical, Veinmark will try to provide reasonable notice before discontinuing a hosted site, but Veinmark is not required to provide indefinite hosting, maintenance, updates, backups, or technical support. Because the client owns the domain, the client can move it to another host if needed.

8. Third-Party Services

Domain registrars, hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, and other third-party services may be subject to their own terms, pricing, outages, and limitations. Veinmark is not responsible for third-party service interruptions, policy changes, price increases, account issues, or loss of access outside Veinmark's control.

9. Content Restrictions

Veinmark may refuse, remove, or suspend work involving illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, explicit, malicious, or unsafe content, or content that could harm Veinmark, its clients, service providers, or the public.

10. Portfolio Display and Marketing

Unless a client asks otherwise in writing, Veinmark may reference completed work in a portfolio, case study, social post, or marketing material. Veinmark will not intentionally publish private resumes, private files, or sensitive information submitted for intake unless approved for public use.

11. No Guarantees

Veinmark does not guarantee jobs, interviews, admissions, clients, sales, rankings, traffic, search placement, uptime, or any specific result from a portfolio website. Portfolio websites are provided as professional presentation tools, not guaranteed outcomes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Veinmark is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption. Veinmark's total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount the client paid Veinmark for that specific service.

13. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun, files have been reviewed, strategy has been prepared, checkout has been completed, or build time has been reserved. Veinmark may offer partial refunds, credits, or cancellations at its discretion or where required by law.

14. Updates to These Terms

Veinmark may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will apply when posted on this page. Continued use of Veinmark services after updates means the client accepts the updated Terms.

15. Communication and Notifications

Veinmark communicates with clients primarily through the client dashboard, including order status, the message thread on each order, and the notifications inbox. By creating an account, clients agree to receive service notifications about their order, status changes, revisions, and occasional maintenance or update notices. Clients are responsible for checking their dashboard for important information about their build.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms or a portfolio service can be sent through the contact method provided by Veinmark.
