About

Systems thinker, people-first.

Service design Research Facilitation Documentation Airtable Data storytelling Stakeholder interviews Strategic planning

I'm a systems-minded strategist with hands-on experience in climate nonprofits, campus operations, and public-sector research. I got into this work because I kept seeing programs that had the right values and the wrong infrastructure, the mission was clear but the operations weren't built to support it.

I care about making it easier for mission-driven teams to do their actual work. That usually means understanding the real process first, not the process that's written down, and then building something that fits how people actually operate.

Experience

Where the work
was done.

2025 – Present

Operations Fellow

Civic Climate Lab

Built grant tracking and reporting systems for a five-person team, facilitated cross-functional workflow reviews, and documented repeatable processes that reduced onboarding time for new program staff.

2024 – 2025

Program Research Assistant

City Food Collaborative

Synthesized community interviews and mapped service gaps across six neighborhood programs. Findings informed a $220K service expansion and a new intake process still in use.

2023

Student Government Operations Coordinator

Georgia State University

Rebuilt the event permitting and budget request process for 40+ student organizations. Reduced average approval time from 11 days to 4.
